About Me

My path to becoming a Life Coach and Hypnotherapist was not linear. It was shaped through years of discipline, challenge, and spiritual awakening.

For fourteen years, I served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, working in jails, courts, airport police services, investigations, and undercover operations. Those years shaped me in ways I could not have imagined. They taught me strength, endurance, and composure under pressure, and also revealed the quiet cost of always having to be strong.

In that male-dominated environment, I learned what it means to constantly prove yourself, to wear confidence like armor, and to carry the weight of others while rarely tending to your own inner world. Over time, I began to see that the same vigilance that kept me safe on duty made it difficult to access softness and peace off duty. Beneath the badge and the uniform, deeper questions began to emerge about identity beyond roles, expectations, and the need to remain invulnerable.

Close to five years into my law enforcement career, I experienced a spiritual awakening that changed the course of my life. I felt called to be baptized and to honor my Sikh faith by wearing a turban, an act that tested my courage and conviction. My department resisted that decision. For over three years, I was reassigned and sidelined for following my spiritual truth. I remained committed, and in 2013, when California passed the Workplace Religious Freedom Act, I returned to service wearing my turban, becoming the first Sikh American woman to do so.

That experience reshaped my understanding of power. I came to see that true strength does not come from authority or appearance, but from integrity, alignment, and trust in something greater than oneself, even when the path is uncertain.

Today, I support individuals in navigating their own journeys of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

Whether you wear a uniform or feel weighed down by the demands of life, I understand what it is like to lose yourself in roles, responsibilities, and the pressure to hold everything together.Through Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy, I guide people back to the truth of who they are. This work supports the release of old patterns, the healing of unresolved experiences, and the reconnection to the strength and wisdom that already exist within.

Every session is supported by the Divine, whether understood as God, Source, or Spirit. By connecting with this higher presence, we access a deeper level of clarity, resilience, and transformation.

My work is not only about overcoming pain. It is about rediscovering power, peace, and purpose. The path I have walked has shown me that no experience is wasted when it is used as a catalyst for growth and awareness.

I believe that true growth happens when we connect with something greater than ourselves. In each session, I invite that presence in a way that feels aligned for you. When we open to it, we gain access to insight and strength beyond what we can access alone.

I believe that healing is not only about releasing pain, but about uncovering what has always been present beneath it. The mind, body, emotions, and spirit are interconnected, and when we begin to support each of these layers, a deeper sense of balance emerges. I believe that every person has the right to feel grounded, confident, and worthy of the life they want to create. My role is to guide you in releasing limiting beliefs, reconnecting to your own power, and honoring the life you are here to live.

Most of all, I believe in your capacity to grow, to heal, and to expand. Each time one person steps into that space, it creates a ripple that extends far beyond the individual.
